Sean Harvey, MSOD, MSEd, is Principal and Founder of Boerum Consulting, a career and leadership development consulting and coaching practice.  As an educator, facilitator and coach, he is dedicated to developing and empowering the next generation of values-driven professionals and leaders as they create a meaningful impact in their organizations, communities, and society.  Over the course of his fifteen (15) year career, he has established a track record for successfully designing and delivering thought-provoking and transformative learning experiences that helps his clients achieve sustainable organizational results while realizing tangible social impact. 

Sean brings a unique perspective to the professional development conversation that blends his experience as a change management consultant, career and leadership development coach, adjunct professor of management, curriculum developer and social innovator.  He is recognized for sharing insightful feedback and laser-focused observations that stimulate personal reflection and professional growth.  In every experience, he strives to create an authentic dialogue the provides the space to effectively:

Over the years, Sean has developed academic teaching affiliations with Cornell University (Industrial and Labor Relations), New York University (Wagner Graduate School of Public Service), and the City University of New York (Baruch College & the Graduate Center).  He currently teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses in the areas of Organization Behavior, Organizational Change, and Employee Development and Training and has served on curriculum advisory committees for NYU, Baruch College and the Graduate Center.  He was recently nominated for the Presidential Excellence Award for Distinguished Teaching at Baruch College, CUNY.

Sean holds an MSOD in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago, an MSEd in Counseling from Fordham University, a graduate certificate in Public Service Administration and a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University
