Learning & Development Strategy
We partner with organizational leaders, educators and consultants to devise thought-provoking and transformative learning experiences that cater to the professional development needs of young professionals and emerging leaders. At the foundation of these experiences is a sound learning and development strategy intended to maximize retention and enhance engagement. Our learning strategies are driven by a collaborative approach in assessing learning needs to ensure alignment with the overall organizational strategic objectives and direction. Our strategies encompass sound assessment, clearly defined learning objectives, engaging training and facilitation programs, and evaluation.
Instructional & Curriculum Design
We design thoughtful and engaging learning experiences that incorporate rich content that provides numerous opportunities for interactive discussions and experiential learning. Our materials are professional in look and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Each customized learning experience is based on a sound needs assessment, aligns to the strategic objectives, and designed to enhance learning transfer, retrieval, and retention. Our instructional and curriculum design includes treatment outlines, leaders guides, participant manuals, and learning aids.
Facilitation & Training
For young professionals and emerging leaders to truly make an impact, we offer facilitated workshops, seminars and retreats to build and strengthen purpose-inspired professionals, leaders and teams. We focus on helping individuals and teams clarify purpose and vision, build collaboration and trust, and enhance engagement and motivation to reach desired outcomes. We provide leaders with additional support to develop the skills essential to enhance team effectiveness through visioning and strategic planning, trust and collaboration building, communications, personal branding, ethical decision making, and change management. Our facilitated learning and development experiences are designed to create opportunities for reflection, knowledge sharing, and skill development.
Career, Performance & Leadership Coaching
We believe at the foundation of the professional development conversation is the clarity around one's professional purpose, or "calling." We provide one-on-one and group coaching to help our clients define their purpose and identify the "best-fit" environment that will enhance the level of professional engagement. After gaining career and professional clarity, we work with our clients to create a focused mobility roadmap for moving forward. As a complement to our facilitated workshops, seminars and retreats, we provide performance-enhancement coaching services for enriched knowledge transfer and professional skill development.
